Our booking process is simple:

Step 1: Go to our online booking form

Step 2: Pick your cleaning service type and how frequently you want a clean.

Step 3: Enter how big your home is based on the number of beds and baths in your home.

Step 4 (optional): Pick any extra cleaning services we offer if needed

Step 5: Choose a cleaning date and time

Step 6: Enter your information: who you are, where the house is, and how the cleaner will get in the house.

Step 7: Book the clean! Pay securely using our payment processor, Stripe, which uses 100% secure 256-bit SSL encryption.

We implement our 33-Step House Cleaning Checklist in the standard clean which includes:

Bedroom (7)

• Straighten beds, Mopping and vacuuming, Dusting of blinds and window sills, Dust light fixtures (within arms reach), Dust all furniture, General straightening, Empty and wipe down outside of trash cans

Bathroom (10)

• Clean vanity mirrors, Clean sinks/countertops, Dust cabinet fronts, Clean toilets, Clean showers/tubs, Empty and wipe down outside of trash cans, Mopping and vacuuming, Dusting of blinds and window sills, Dust light fixtures (within arms reach), General straightening 

Kitchen (8)

• Mopping and vacuuming, Clean sink/countertops, Dust front of cabinets, Clean appliance surfaces (exterior of microwave, the exterior of fridge, exterior of oven (range hood, drip pans, stove top), Empty and wipe down outside of trash cans, Dusting of blinds and window sills, Dust light fixtures (within arms reach), Dust all furniture 

Other Living Areas, including Hallways and Stairs (8)

• Mopping and vacuuming, Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened, Dusting lamps, lampshades, and picture frames, Empty and wipe down outside of trash cans, General straightening, Dusting of blinds and window sills, Dust light fixtures (within arms reach), Dust all furniture 

Deep Clean Options:

• Inside cabinets, Interior windows, Inside fridge, Inside oven, Inside microwave, Laundry & folding, Bed sheet change, Dishes, Baseboards dusted

We leave your home beary clean, or we will come reclean for free! You must let us know you need a reclean with 24 hours of the clean.

Customers must provide images of damage of both before and after the cleaning along with proof that damages were caused at the time of the cleaning. All claims must be made within 24 hours of the cleaning. Once the office receives the notification we will contact you as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within the next 30 days we will assume you do not want to have us resolve the issue and the situation will void.

You do not. Please provide detailed instructions during the booking process or over the phone if you are not present during the cleaning. Such instructions should include, what needs to be done, how to get into the home, and how to lock up as well.

Your card will be charged once the booking is completed. When payments are processed, you will receive an emailed receipt to reflect the charge.

Please allow for an hour arrival time from the beginning of the appointment. If your cleaner still hasn’t arrived within an hour call 256-633-6332

No, we do not give refunds. Instead, we have a different cleaner come re-clean for free until you’re satisfied with the clean.

• Wiping down desktops
• Wiping down computer keyboards
• Cleaning bathrooms

• Making sure the office/building looks pristine

• Homes over 7,000 SQ FT or over 8 bedrooms/bathrooms
• High-to-reach areas (we do not allow ladder use by cleaners)
• If your fridge or cabinets are full we will do our best
• Cleaning of chandeliers
• Wet wiping of light bulbs
• Cleaning of biohazards (mold, etc)
• Hoarding or junk removal
• Doctor, dentist, veterinarian offices, daycares
• Animal or human waste (litter, poop, bodily fluids)
• Insects/dead rats, mice, or other animals
• Heavy scrubbing or scrapping of walls or floors (wall dusting upon request)
• Steaming or shampooing of carpets
• No upholstery or furniture cleaning
• Washing of exterior windows
• Unfinished flooring
• Garages
• Outside areas

• Empty the garbage cans
• Wipe down counters and sinks
• Spot Clean Sticky Stains
• Clean guest fingerprints off mirrors and windows
• Collect the debris Vacuum and mop the floors
• Wipe down tables and chairs
• Fold up and put away the tables and chairs
• Take care of the remaining residue from the catering
• Remove all of your decorations
• Bag the trash and remove it from the premises
• Hand-wash large pieces
• Clean the doors

We recommend they have each of the following:

• Commercial vacuum cleaner
• Mop and bucket
• Spray bottles
• Microfiber cloths
• Sponges, magic erasers
• Glass/window cleaner and squeegee
• Multi-purpose cleaner
• Toilet cleaner
• Limescale remover
• Dishwashing liquid
• Garage bags (large + small)
• Rubber gloves

We only ask you to notify us 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment online after 24 hours for a next-day cleaning, you will also get charged a $50 fee automatically (this goes to the cleaners because they were expecting a job).
