Our payment process is designed to protect both you and our cleaners โ and it works a little differently depending on the type of service.
We place a hold on your card 24 hours before the scheduled clean to confirm funds are available. You won’t be charged at this point โ it’s just a temporary hold to ensure everything is ready to go.
First-Time Cleans, Deep Cleans, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleans
Your card is officially charged after one of two things happens:
- You confirm the clean was successful during the post-clean walkthrough, OR
- We don’t hear from you within 24-48 hours after the clean is complete (we treat this as your confirmation that everything met your expectations)
This protects you on first-time cleans because if something isn’t right during the walkthrough, we make it right before the charge goes through.
Recurring Cleans
Once you’re an established recurring customer, your card is charged automatically after each completed clean. By that point we know your home and your standards, and the trust has been established โ so there’s no need for the post-clean confirmation step.
Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through Stripe using 256-bit SSL encryption. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
