A few things to know:

  • Please secure valuables and irreplaceable items. We recommend storing heirlooms, fragile collectibles, jewelry, cash, and one-of-a-kind items in a safe place before your clean. We’re unable to take responsibility for items of significant sentimental or unverifiable monetary value.
  • Pre-existing damage and wear-and-tear (loose fixtures, cracked tiles, unstable furniture, worn finishes) are not covered. If something breaks because it was already compromised, we’ll let you know what we found.
  • High-value items over $200 should be flagged to us in advance so we can take extra care or skip cleaning them entirely.
  • Reports made more than 48 hours after the clean cannot be honored, as we have no way to verify what happened during versus after the service.

The walkthrough takes just a few minutes. Our cleaner will walk you through the home so you can confirm everything meets your expectations before they leave. For recurring cleans (after your first clean), walkthroughs are not required. By that point we know your home, your preferences, and your standards โ€” and you’ve established trust with our team.
