How Pay Works:

We pay a percentage of the booking total (before tax) based on the type of job:

• Recurring Cleans: 40% (Minimum Pay is $90)
• Deep Cleans & Move-Outs: 50% (Minimum Pay is $90)
• If you’re working solo, you receive the full percentage.
• If you’re working with a partner, that pay is split evenly, but so is the time, which helps avoid burnout and gets you to your free time faster.

We never leave you short, if your percentage ends up below $20/hr, we adjust manually to make sure you hit that threshold.

The Details You Should Know:

• This is a 1099 subcontractor role — you run your own show
• Residential cleaning experience is required
• You’ll need your own supplies and equipment
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone
• We do not cover gas or supplies
• If a reclean is needed, we pay for that time, you’re never expected to work for free
• Our 5-star review appreciation payments are real, tracked, and paid out — always
• If you spot a pay issue, just let us know — we fix it fast
